Getting on the First Page of Google is super competitive for the Real Estate Market. However, it can be done. Here are three quick tips to help you get on the first page of google.
1) Must have a website with an integrated IDX solution. When it comes to Real Estate Websites, the most important information is the homes that are selling in your market. The way to showcase the homes for sale in your market are by using an IDX solution. If you don't know what an IDX solution is, please check out my You Tube I go over what an IDX solution is in great detail. When it comes to your IDX solution on your website it must be part of the actual coding of the site. If your IDX solution is not part of the actual coding of the site, google will not recognize your IDX solution, therefore, the most important information on your website, homes for sale in your market, will not be recognized by google, causing your website to get penalized. If you don't have an integrated IDX solution on your website, your website will never be on the first page of google. Here are a few websites that I know for a fact have an integrated IDX solution:

Los Angeles CA Homes For Sale 4 beds
Los Angeles CA Homes For Sale with a pool
Los Angeles CA Homes For Sale with a guest house
You want to build a page for every type of search your clients can do online. You also want to make sure that all the "on page seo" is properly formatted as well. If you need help with "on page seo" please go to my you tube channel and I can cover that for you.
3) Videos, Videos, Videos: right now, less than 10 percent of real estate agents are using video properly. What do I mean properly? Not doing enough videos! Not doing videos on the proper topics! Not optimizing videos properly....etc...Bottomline, google purchased You Tube for a reason, You Tube is the 2nd most search engine in the world, START DOING VIDEOS!!!!!
